What data Rouk collects, and how it's handled.

Short version: Rouk runs a single contact form. The data you submit is emailed to hello@rouk.io and not stored anywhere else by Rouk. No analytics, no tracking cookies, no third-party scripts.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the form on the homepage, the following fields are sent to Rouk:

• Your name, email, and message (required)
• Which type of help you're looking for (required)
• Company or role, timeline, and budget range (optional)

How it's processed

The form payload is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. Resend acts as a data processor under GDPR — see resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) at the network edge for security and abuse prevention. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

To prevent spam, the form endpoint stores your IP address in Cloudflare KV with a 1-hour expiry, used only to count requests per IP. No long-term retention.

Cookies and tracking

None. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts. Your browser may set technical cookies via Cloudflare for security — these are not set by Rouk.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data Rouk holds about you. The only personal data Rouk actively retains is whatever you've sent via email — request deletion and Sander will purge it from the inbox.
